We prepare the request, send it to the suppliers you approve, and manage follow-up so details do not get lost.
You compare quotes and choose
Quotes come back on the same terms, with the source evidence and tradeoffs you need to make the final call.
You approve the shortlist before outreach. Anything we cannot confirm is marked as unconfirmed rather than filled in, and you make the final decision when quotes arrive.
