Acceptable Use Policy

1.1This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every user of Baseworthy, including the waitlist, free workspaces, pilots and trials. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. The Customer is responsible for its users’ compliance.

2.1Unlawful and harmful conduct. You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, defame, harass, or facilitate fraud, bribery, money laundering, or evasion of sanctions or export controls.

2.2Data you are not entitled to submit. You may not upload data you lack the right to disclose, including a third party’s pricing or specifications held under a non-disclosure agreement that does not permit disclosure to a service provider, stolen or leaked data, or material controlled for national-security purposes.

2.3Anti-competitive use. You may not use the Service to exchange competitively sensitive information with a competitor, to coordinate pricing, to allocate markets or customers, or to support bid-rigging.

2.4Sensitive personal data. You may not submit special-category or sensitive personal data, health data, biometric data, children’s data, government identifiers, or payment card or financial account numbers.

2.5Attacks on the Service. You may not attempt to breach or circumvent authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits or usage limits; probe or scan the Service without written authorisation; introduce malware; overload the Service; or interfere with another customer’s use.

2.6Extraction and competitive research. You may not scrape, crawl or bulk-export Output; attempt to obtain system prompts, model configuration or another tenant’s data; use Output to train or evaluate a competing model or product; or publish a benchmark of the Service.

2.7Misrepresenting Output. You may not present Output as a verified fact, a Baseworthy quotation, a certified appraisal, an audit opinion, or a claim endorsed by Further Theory, whether to a supplier, an auditor, an insurer, a court or a regulator.

2.8Reselling. You may not resell, sublicense, or run the Service as a consultancy deliverable or agency offering for third parties without a written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Further Theory.

2.9High-risk reliance. The Service is not designed for, and may not be relied upon in, any use where an error could cause death, personal injury, environmental damage, or the failure of safety-critical equipment.

2.10Supplier outreach. Where the Service contacts suppliers for you, you must have a genuine intention to obtain a quote and to consider it. You may not use outreach to send sham or pretextual enquiries, to discover a competitor’s pricing or capacity without a genuine purchasing purpose, to misstate your identity, volumes, timelines or requirements, to harass a supplier or contact one that has asked not to be contacted, or to generate outreach at a volume or frequency disproportionate to your actual purchasing. You are the sender of, and are responsible for the content and accuracy of, every request issued on your instruction, and for your compliance with the laws that govern commercial messages. Further Theory may review, decline, limit or withdraw outreach at any time, and may identify itself as acting on your behalf.

3.1What we may do. If Further Theory reasonably believes this policy has been breached, it may take any of the following steps, with or without notice, at its sole discretion:

• throttle, restrict or suspend an account, a user or a workspace;
• remove or quarantine offending material;
• terminate the Agreement for material breach;
• preserve evidence and investigate; and
• report the matter to law enforcement or an affected third party.

3.2No refund, no liability. Action taken under this policy does not entitle you to a refund or a service credit, and Further Theory is not liable for any loss arising from it.

3.3Reporting. Report suspected misuse to abuse@baseworthy.com and security issues to security@baseworthy.com.

3.4Changes. Further Theory may update this policy at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use is acceptance.
